The rules for using NPCompleter during its beta, including what the paid steps do today.
These terms cover the beta of NPCompleter at https://npcompleter.com.
Payments during the beta
No money changes hands on NPCompleter today. The site shows prices, and the reveal step asks for an email address and a confirmation, but it never asks for card details and nothing is charged. Confirmed reveals are free during the beta. Bounties are recorded and nothing is charged. If that changes, it will change here first, and nothing you did before the change will be charged.
What you may post
- Problems you have the right to share with us.
- No personal data about other people inside a model, unless you have their permission.
- Factoring is a demo, capped at 330 bits. Do not use it to attack keys, certificates or systems you do not own. We may block posts that look like that.
- At most 20 posts per day from one IP address, each up to 1 MB.
What you get
- A race of the solvers listed on the solvers page, up to 60 seconds, on 8 vCPU.
- A checked solution where the card says it was checked. Optimality, MIP bounds and UNSAT answers are reported by the solver and not checked by us.
- No guarantee that a solution is found, that it is optimal, or that the service is available. Use results at your own risk, and check anything that matters.
Privacy
The privacy page is part of these terms. In short: private by default, deleted 30 days after your last visit, and no recovery of lost owner links.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always at https://npcompleter.com/terms.
